Great vibe and amazing service, but rooms felt a bit cramped for four.

The breakfast is sensational, and the location is excellent close to the beach and what the area has to offer, shops, bars and restaurants and a lovely cafe / patisserie. Trendy modern rooms, they are provided with a sofabed and a view of Collins Ave.

the rooms are new-fashioned and spotless here with champagne, a view of collins ave plus the bathroom.

This hotel fits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, which I still remember! I'd suggest you try the restaurant here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I stayed at this hotel and I loved it. The staff was sooo nice. Location perfect! Between 9th and 10th on Collins. Pool was open 24hrs! Great breakfast. The hotel had a very medeterainian feel! Beautiful courtyard. Would stay there again.

The air conditioning vent in room 321 blows on the bed and can freeze you out at night. There is no light in the closet area. Cocktails in the bar were $16 which was too much.

Great quality toiletries, but parking situation was confusing and time-consuming.

Fragrance in lobby too strong. Also we were to have breakfast included with reservation but they did not have this information on their copy of the reservation but willing to credit acct if I found my copy of reservation (which has been difficult since I Booked.net's phone line is always busy.)

We asked the concierge for a beach umbrella and the only one he could find was broken. He asked the staff engineer to fix it and he did very creatively. They were great!

Internet failed when we needed it.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Too-frequent, annoying room visits by the minibar woman--and I never used the minibar. Not the friendliest hotel staff I've encountered. Breakfast hours were too short. I left and moved to a hotel with friendlier employees.

An excellently located hotel. Just one block back from Ocean Drive, so central but not noisy. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Rooms had been updated since our last stay. A greta Miami hotel!!!!!!!!

When we checked in we were suprised to find that they had a breakfast and afternoon snack for the guests. It seems small but it was a great suprise!

The location is amazing and staff was very pleasant.

There were bugs in my room (a spider and 2 roaches!) Yuck! Unacceptable.

I was really impressed by the helpful staff, especially Larry the night guy who really were pretty good for us. Plus, getting those beach chairs for free was a nice touch, made it easy to relax by the shore.

It was a bit pricey, but you know, it's Miami.
